Important and thought provoking
Constellation is a well-researched, thoughtful and provocative debut from Danny Wareham, which also manages to be occasionally very funny. Wareham presents an innovative and fascinating proposal for a new leadership paradigm, written with wit and intelligence throughout.
What makes the book particularly engaging is the way his ideas feel both unconventional and intuitively obvious. More than once you find yourself wondering why nobody has articulated these insights before. His exploration of leadership, group dynamics and organisational systems is both original and accessible, offering a refreshing perspective that bridges theory and practice.
This is a worthwhile read for managers, leaders and anyone interested in how organisations really function. It will also appeal to readers curious about systemic thinking or organisational psychology. In short, Constellation is an intelligent, entertaining and genuinely valuable contribution to the field.

Enjoyable and thought provoking
Constellation is a smart, engaging and refreshingly original take on leadership. Danny blends research with real-world insight, offering a systemic view that feels both unconventional and instantly relatable.
It highlighted elements of my own leadership style I hadn’t been able to fully articulated—especially around culture, group dynamics and how leadership shows up beyond the individual.
Practical, thought-provoking and full of ideas that stick, this is a must-read for anyone serious about leading in today’s world.
