This is a collection of short reviews from Amazon, Waterstones, Foyles, Goodreads and other sites about Constellation.

It's nothing short of inspiring!
Written in a clear and accessible way, Danny Wareham takes us on a journey back in time to understand how we got into such a muddle (to put it lightly!) with the theory of leadership and exactly how modern workplaces have evolved to a point where “a chain of command is too rigid, too slow for environments that demand agility”.
Arguably, this could have been a whole book in and of itself, but he doesn’t stop there! He takes us even further, inviting us all to imagine a different future! One where leadership doesn’t need a leader at all – but instead leans into culture as a guiding force.
And he brings this to life brilliantly, exploring real-life examples of where teams have already proved it’s possible to succeed outside of the traditional pyramid model, and putting the spotlight on how and where team size and context (particularly in times of crisis) have had a significant impact on the way people trust and move forward together.
It’s so exciting to see the possibilities already living and breathing out in the wild – particularly where key learnings from these environments can begin to shape how leadership has the potential to evolve in future!
My verdict? The cover makes a bold claim to be “Leadership reimagined for a connected age”, and I’m confident to say it does exactly what it says on the tin! It’s nothing short of inspiring!

Insightful Exploration of Leadership and Culture
Constellation offers a thoughtful perspective on leadership, with a strong and well-articulated focus on the role of organisational culture. It’s a considered, well-written contribution that will appeal to readers interested in how shared purpose and collective behaviour shape effective teams. An excellent read.

An essential read for organizations centered on the future
Constellation is an exceptional leadership book. Danny Wareham offers a fresh, much-needed perspective, supported by thorough research and presented in an engaging, easy-to-read style. His use of examples and case studies makes the concepts instantly applicable and easy to understand. This is a book I will refer to repeatedly as a valuable resource for fostering and maintaining a successful organizational culture.

Constellation is a star ⭐
When I first heard of Danny Wareham’s Constellation theory I was amazed. What a wonderful concept! Reading his very well written and thought provoking book, I saw how in various ways his research strongly supports the premise of his leadership reimagined theory.
The research provided is very interesting and thought provoking in and of itself. An amazing concept and a very brilliant book. I look forward to seeing many leadership teams becoming constellation stars 🌟.

Prepare to take a look in the mirror!
I’ve cracked open the kindle version of “Constellation” recently and I have the hard copy for the book shelf!
This is a Great read and only Danny’s Witt could weave Wham! Into a book about leadership
“……….only now, as Wham! entered the pop charts and disposable cameras are invented, are we starting to think about the relationship between leader and follower.”
Danny forces us to tackle some challenging questions about leadership and culture.
Another powerful quote that resonates so far “If culture can suppress dissent, limit risk-taking, and mute innovation, might it not also have the power to enable trust, unleash creativity, and coordinate action?”
Can culture itself become the leader!?
I’d reccomend anyone to to crack open digitally or in print!

Fantastic- Modern leadership explained through ideas and research!
Danny’s book captures the necessary change required within modern and corporate leadership landscapes.
This book evokes considerations that we should take seriously in relation to vertical leadership approaches versus peer led and community driven leadership.
There are some golden nuggets in here that would accompany level 5 leadership apprenticeships and also business academia. Great work and I thoroughly enjoyed the research, references and sentiments … Kay

A must read for any managers/leaders
A must read for any managers/leaders.

A new concept in leadership and a must for every leader.
It’s rare that you read a leadership book that makes you stop in your tracks. This book does that. Superbly well written. Genuinely insightful and thankfully is a new concept in leadership that you can get behind, try it out and benefit from it. Loved it from start to finish.
