This is a collection of short reviews from Amazon, Waterstones, Foyles, Goodreads and other sites about Constellation.

Making the mundane fun. Danny knows how to get your buy in.... Don't miss this book!
Danny is one of those rare people who can view things from 30,000 miles up, and help people apply those learnings in the last 2 feet.
Having followed him for years on LinkedIn, and enjoyed all of his long form articles, I knew that this book would change the world.
And I wasn’t wrong.
Danny has a unique experience and background, which he uses to his maximum advantage in making things interesting, relatable, and simple to understand and apply.
I don’t even normally read long form articles even, but I’ve read everyone of his, and this book is an extension of all of that.
Fantastic to read, and I’d highly recommend.

Constellation is a genuinely refreshing take on leadership
Constellation is a genuinely refreshing take on leadership. Rather than recycling old models, it challenges the idea of leadership as something owned by individuals and instead focuses on relationships, context and shared responsibility.
The thinking is thoughtful, well-researched and grounded, without tipping into jargon or theory for theory’s sake. It’s especially relevant for anyone leading in complex, hybrid or fast-changing environments where hierarchy alone no longer works.
If you’re interested in culture, collaboration and the craft of leadership, it’s well worth the read.

A calm, evidence-based critique of contemporary thinking
Constellation offers a thoughtful, evidence-informed challenge to traditional leadership approaches. Clear, reflective, and practically oriented, it will interest readers focused on culture, systems, and performance improvement.

Required reading for future focused organisations
Constellation is a brilliant leadership book – questioning the very premise of leadership residing in a title or single, fixed role within a team. It should be recommended reading for any Occupational Psychology / Organisational Behaviour courses for its accessible yet robust overview of leadership theories.
But beyond being great for students and business psychology practitioners, it’s a thought provoking and entertaining read that will stimulate debate – and perhaps even action – among progressive organisations. The case studies provide inspiration on how the ideas presented can translate into high performing and adaptable departments, projects, and organisations as a whole.
It’s engaging, rigorous and beautifully written with vivid metaphors giving abstract concepts depth and meaning. What every business book should aim to be. A real triumph by Danny Wareham.

A thoughtful, timely read that really challenges how we think about leadership today
This book moves away from outdated, top-down leadership models and instead reframes leadership as something shared, relational, and human. It’s especially powerful in how it recognises complexity, interdependence, and the emotional reality of leading in a hyper-connected world.
What I appreciated most is that it’s not just theoretical, it feels grounded, reflective, and genuinely relevant to modern organisations navigating change, culture, and trust.
It’s a really great read for leaders who want to lead with people, not over them…easily an attribute of some of my favourite leaders!
So pleased Danny immortalised his thoughts in this book.

Read this leadership book as a priority
I am not always a fan of leadership books. Many broadly repurpose or repackage the same sort of thinking, with just slight nuances or different stories.
I can’t tell you how much i enjoyed this. It was a combination of breath of fresh air (new and innovative thinking) and yet a bit of a slap in the face to my slightly lazy approach to thinking about leadership.
I think Danny recognises that in his writing style, gently nudging the reader from the comfort of known theory, to dare to embrace something that could, if applied, be quite revolutionary!

Great book, service ans advice
Fantastic book and I would wholeheartedly recommend Danny’s services really insightful 🤠

My previous career is now clicking!
A brilliant read from a brilliant mind. I’ve been inspired by this person at events over the last few years. Their background, their history, their experiences. It was a no brainer to purchase this book.
This concept of leaderless leadership is something I feel I’ve lived through in a past career. It’s helping things to click that didn’t before and it’s giving me the reassurance that I really could have done with back then! Thank you Danny for shining a beautifully bright light on the subject and congratulations on the success of it all.
Hoping this comes through as 5 stars, having some ‘techy’ issues!
