Success in leadership requires moving beyond an ordinary way of doing things. It requires having a mindset that will take you past the things holding you back, and learning how to lean in to your strengths.

But leadership requires more. We must also look to understand how we are perceived by others and how to identify approaches in them that we can harness to create high-performing individuals and teams.
