A Staffordshire business leader has been shortlisted for some of the world’s most prestigious business book awards, with his debut title outperforming several internationally renowned authors.
Danny Wareham’s book, Constellation: Leadership reimagined for a connected world, has been named a finalist in the Leadership Book of the Year category at the Business Book Awards 2026.
The book secured a place on the shortlist ahead of bestselling titles by globally recognised authors including Simon Sinek, Adam Grant and Brené Brown, none of whom were selected as finalists in the category.
Constellation has also been shortlisted in the 2026 Thinkers360 Awards for both Book of the Year and Author of the Year, placing Wareham alongside some of the world’s leading management thinkers.
The book introduces a new leadership model that explores how organisations can align purpose, culture and autonomy to create high-performing teams.
Since its release, Constellation has received consistently positive reviews, including endorsements from Henley Business School, the Institute of Leadership, and the Staffordshire Chambers of Commerce.
Burslem-based Danny Wareham said: “To be shortlisted alongside such respected authors is an incredible honour. Constellation was written to offer a practical and evidence-based approach to leadership for a world that’s become too complex for traditional models. I’m delighted that the ideas are resonating with readers around the world.”
Constellation is available in paperback, eBook and audiobook formats from major retailers including Amazon and Audible.
