A tech strategy changes what you could do.
A talent strategy changes what you can actually do.
Technology creates potential. But it’s people that create performance.
You can invest in AI and buy the best systems.
You can automate processes, introduce new platforms and give your people access to tools that would have seemed impossible a few years ago.
But you can still see very little change.
Adoption isn’t a technology problem; it’s a people problem.
But that doesn’t mean your people are the problem.
🐝 Do they 𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐬𝐭 the technology?
🐝 Do they 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 capable of using it?
🐝 Do your people 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝 why the change is happening?
🐝 Do they see how it makes their work 𝐛𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫, rather than simply making their job 𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭?
And perhaps most importantly: 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐝𝐨?
If you’re investing heavily in technology without investing equally in the people who need to use it, you’re only buying half the solution.
That’s a conversation worth having before the next technology investment.
If you’re wrestling with the people side of a technology, AI or organisational change programme, I’d be happy to have that conversation.
Let’s talk.
