Getting started

How to access your Spark Coach
  • You can access your Spark Coach in the ‘Portrait Downloads’ area in your Account*.
  • You can sign in to your account at www.luminalearning.com (top right of screen).
  • You may also have received a link to access Spark Coach. If you click this link it will take you directly to your Portrait Downloads.

Set the context for your development by considering key areas of focus that you can be mindful of as you explore your Qualities and set your goals.

Explore your Qualities through 6 patterns

Discover the unique patterns in your Portrait

Explore the six patterns:

  1. Key Qualities
  2. Amplifications
  3. Hidden Treasures
  4. Low Qualities
  5. Overextended
  6. Paradoxes

Your top Qualities in each pattern will highlight but you can use the slider to reveal more Qualities in a pattern.

Click any highlighted Quality in a pattern to learn more about it and to start developing that Quality.

Complete personalised coaching questions, enabling you to:

  • Focus on key development areas based on who you are
  • Take ownership of your own development

Highlight Areas of Development

Keep track of your development areas
  • Use the STAR icon to flag a Quality as an area to develop
  • You can add a development note to help you record your thoughts around this development area and/or record specific development steps
  • You will be able to review these in Step 3 (your Development Areas)

Set Personal Goals

Define goals based on what you’ve learnt about your qualities.
  • Use the GROWS model to help you define your goals and identify the steps to get you there.
