This is a personal ‘biggie’ for me.
Constellation is available through Browns Books.
When I wrote Constellation, I had two objectives:
1️⃣ For leadership practitioners to look at culture completely differently, purposefully and seriously; and
2️⃣ As it is completely new academic research, I wanted students and academics to pull it apart, critque it and build on the research.
It is super tough to have your work validated enough to be able to be available in educational institutions.
The standard for credibility, authority and rigour that your content and ideas must go through to be considered for inclusion is understandably high.
So why is this news a big deal for me?
Well, Browns are the UK’s leading supplier of books for schools and libraries.
We’re a little closer to becoming part of the history of leadership theory!
