Constellation has been recognised in the Thinkers360 Global Leadership Awards in the Book of the Year category.
The debut leadership book from Danny Wareham – which shares academic research into ‘leaderless leadership’ – was given an Honourable Mention in the hotly contested category.
Authors from around the world had their content considered, before the judges from a range of thought leadership areas produced their final scores and selected the winner.
“I’m incredibly humbled to be considered – let alone to be specifically highlighted with an honourable mention”, said Wareham.
“With it being my first ever book, and considering it is discussing a completely new approach to leadership, I wasn’t sure how it might land with an audience. It’s great to see it already resonating with thought leaders around the world.”
Wareham himself was also a finalist for Author of the Year. The results of this are due shortly.
