First time author, Danny Wareham, has been recognised in the Thinkers360 Global Thought Leadership Awards.
The Stoke-on-Trent-based business psychologist and culture change specialist received an honourable mention for his debut leadership book: Constellation: Leadership reimagined for a connected age.
The book introduces a new way of looking at leadership and challenges the idea that a leader must be a person. Culture, Wareham argues, can be influential enough to provide the framework to help teams to self-organise and achieve a shared objective.
Speaking on the recognition, Wareham said: “It’s a little bit of a shock. The book is receiving plaudits and is landing with an audience. But I never expected that I’d be recognised separately to Constellation.”
