Your culture is the environment that nurtures and encourages those identified behaviours.
It’s not a “nice to have” or starting with dress down Fridays, free fruit and pool tables.
It’s starting with a clear approach to deliver against clear goals, and translating those across your purpose-driven organisation for people to understand and believe in.
If pool tables and pizzas support that, great.
But, more likely, we need to step away from the quick fixes and invest in understanding what our organisation is about and how we can energise our people to perform towards a shared passion.
