We tend to think that behaviour is something we do defensively.
🐝 He was let out of prison early for good behaviour
🐝 We tell a child to behave right after they misbehaves
What if we saw behaviour as the source of our competitive advantage?
We talk about 𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨.
But this might conjure up a mechanical view point; one where we look for operational efficiencies, and remove friction from processes.
But performance is more than just mechanics.
It’s also affected by behaviours – for better or for worse.
True, sustainable success comes not from a focus on out-performing, but from out-behaving.
