The Institue of Leadership annual Leadership Awards celebrates the remarkable individuals who embody the true essence of inspiring leadership across all levels.
From the rising stars of young professionals to the senior leaders and their exceptional teams, the event honours those who have made a resounding positive impact within their respective fields.
This year, Danny Wareham was recognised as a finalist at the awards, in the category of Leadership Advocate of the Year.
In the absence of CEO John Mark Williams (who was ill), the evening’s saviour, Melanie Robinson, stepped up to compere the event. And great role she performed!
As finalists worked their way through a 3-course dinner – including citrus-cured salmon and caviar, feather blade of beef, and the most delecate of raspberry pannacotta – Melanie announced the winners, with the help of “voice from the sky” Graham.

Overall, the event was a great success.
