It’s a Hebrew word with no direct English translation that means, “To take sincere joy and pleasure in somone else’s accomplishment or experience.”
We all know that feeling.
That oxytocin warm glow we get when we see something nice happen to someone else.
It’s the feeling you get when you’re listening to amazing achievements and the journeys that led to them.
It’s why I’m privileged to be an advocate, judge and ambassador for the UK Employee Experience Awards.
