It just grows in ways that we didn’t plan.

I’ve got some news for you:
You 𝐚𝐫𝐞 doing employee experience stuff.
Employees don’t stop experiencing just because a process, policy or programme is paused.
Experience is not just the things that you do intentionally.
It’s also the things you don’t do.
If you put off the gardening, the garden doesn’t stop growing.
It just doesn’t grow always as you intended…
