He is an organisational psychologist who specialises in culture and personality – with a particular focus on narcissism, psychopathy and Machiavellianism. An accredited coach, psychometrician and a published academic researcher, Danny’s clients include Sky, WorldPay, M&G Investment Bank, and LEGO.
