Make a big deal of the little things, before the little things become a big deal.
It’s said that the worst tolerated behaviours – those little things we let slide – are our culture.
This is true.
Unless mitigated, these can poison your culture and lead to wider issues.
However, it is also the best tolerated behaviours.
When we see aligned behaviours or superb performances, we can often be blasé.

Forget those, and it’ll become a big deal – whether with your partner or within your organisation.
