Culture means “to cultivate”
Any farmer will tell you that successful cultivation doesn’t start with the fruit.
It starts with understanding the plant, the soil it’s in, the nourishment it receives, and then helping it thrive based on those circumstances.
It’s not glamorous.
It’s the mundane, day-to-day little things that have the biggest impact – not a huge watering or pruning once a quarter.
You can have good and bad seasons.
You might not be able to control the weather, but you can be prepared for it.
You don’t uproot the crops before they’ve had a chance to grow, or blame them for not growing fast enough.
If the crop isn’t responding as intended, you re-evaluate the environment, food and water first.
And we don’t focus on the fruit.
That will take care of itself.
