
When it comes to hybrid working, the culture that got you to today won’t get you to tomorrow
I get it.
You had a culture that supported your strategy before the pandemic forced us all to reconsider working location and hours.
Now we’re out the other side, it’s natural to want to go back to what we think worked previously.
But whether we agree with it or not, hybrid working is the new norm.
The culture that got us to this point can’t simply be copy-and-pasted to suit this new norm.
This is a step change in our working approach.
And, as with any new working approach, it requires careful thought and strategy in creating the optimum conditions for productive contributions.
Otherwise we’re just trying things in the dark or, worse, trying to rollback our approaches to a time before Covid released many of us.
