The wind isn’t innately bad. But knowing how to harness it is one of the keys to a successful journey.
You might be making headway on that journey already. You might think that you have a ‘good’ culture.
But how much better could it be if you were riding that breeze?
If that culture were more closely aligned with your strategy?

Don’t wait until there’s a fire. Invest in your people strategy early.
