These are bad sunflowers.
I went out and identified these flowers. They were buds – but looked like they had great potential.
They seemed to be exactly what I was looking for.
They were a bit pricey compared to some other flowers – but I wanted something good in the office.
I onboarded them well.
Trimmed them. Cleaned the jar. Used fresh water.
Then I put them in the office.
I’ve not really paid them any attention since.
And now look at them.
Terrible.
They were obviously bad sunflowers.
So I’m off to find a different flower supplier.
Someone that will vet the next batch better.
I’ll pay again.
I’ll put them through my tried and tested onboarding approach.
And then I’ll finally have what I need in the office, right?
