It’s said that the WORST tolerated behaviours – those little things we let slide – are our culture.
This is true. Unless mitigated, these can poison your culture and lead to wider issues.

When we see aligned behaviours or superb performances, we can often be blasé.

If we want our people to love our organisation, we must understand that love is not big grandiose events. It’s the small, consistent, authentic things that show we care.
That’s the same whether it’s a partner or an organisation.
Little, genuine acknowledgments that show that you care.
Forget those, and it’ll become a big deal – whether with your partner or within your organisation.
