May. You’ve been a whirlwind.
We opened up with International People & Culture week, lecturing at university, a new mentee, an amazing podcast discussion about what we can learn from veterans, and a birthday.
Week two was more about conferences, Lumina Spark assessments, generational differences discussions, and I contributed research to an upcoming book.
Week three? A bit more Lumina Spark, Engage Employee Summit, AfterWork with MaxContact, and two speaking engagements (plus a lot of writing).
I’ve then concluded May with a leadership discussion to c200 people at Vodafone, filming learning content for an LMS, introductions to a magazine, some more networking events, a coaching session, and supporting a friend at a psychology meet.
Mixed in were a handful of evening socials, trips to London, Birmingham, Manchester & Glasgow, writing a keynote on personality for delivery this Wednesday, and contributing two articles to a magazine – all whilst promoting my book: Constellation.
If that’s not an eclectic month, I don’t know what is!
