A full-circle moment yesterday, as I got to discuss my views on leadership, culture and my debut book – Constellation – on a Vodafone Leadership Lunch & Learn sesion.
After nearly 20-years with Big Red, it was quite touching to see a few familiar names in the chat window and nearly 200 people turned up to listen to my ramblings.
Paul Nixon was an exceptional host and it’s a personal highlight for me to be able to share back to the organisation that played a large part in shaping me and my views on leadership.
