A great organisation is an organism where all of the parts are connected – not by rigid and irrelevant reporting lines, but because the organisation is powered by trust.
The parts of an organism aren’t working together for pay.
They’re not pointing blame at other parts.
They’re supporting each other towards a larger purpose.
Many companies are stuck in a mechanical mindset.
Transactional; Task-orientated; Focused on robotic measurables: A + B = C.
The future is a humanised culture:

🐝 to allow (and even encourage) mistakes, as part of a wider learning and innovation approach
🐝 to encourage growth and development as default, not an add-on
Let’s put the “Human” back into “Human Resources”.
