Why would you need a psychologist for a coach?
It’s a great question.
A great coach will help you to understand, work towards, and achieve specific goals, offering advice whilst holding you to account for the actions you’ve set.
“Psychology” comes from the Greek for “Psyche” (meaning “life”, “soul” or “breath”) and “Logia” (meaning “speech”, “word” or “reason”) – and we’re interested in language and personality; the things that make you 𝘺𝘰𝘶.
Those things include how we communicate, how each of us processes the world around us, and our social interactions and relationship building approaches.
Combining the two disciplines helps the coachee leverage the best of both worlds.
